The April 13, 2021 meeting of the Reidsville City Council will be held at 6 p.m. at Reidsville City Hall. Due to COVID-19 in Rockingham County, Mayor Donecker will be attending in person at City Hall, 230 W. Morehead Street, while the Mayor and other Council members will be attending via Zoom. The public is invited to attend the meeting, which will also be livestreamed on the City of Reidsville's YouTube Channel. The agenda packet can  be found here.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed. Members of the public can enter through the front door of City Hall closest to the Police Department beginning at 5:30 p.m. the day of Council meeting. They will be allowed to watch the livestream in designated areas of City Hall and may enter Council Chambers during the public comments portion of the meeting or any public hearings and or recognitions/presentations of which they are a part. While these efforts are being made to ensure people can have access to the meeting, residents are encouraged to stay home and watch the livestream if they have that capability.

The February 18, 2021 special meeting of the Reidsville City Council scheduled for 9 a.m. will be held via Zoom. Due to technical difficulties, the meeting was recessed to reconvene at 9 a.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021. (See Notice)

Annual Council Retreat:
The Reidsville City Council will hold its annual Council Retreat Friday-Saturday, January 29-30, 2021. Hours are 8 a.m. until approximately 12 noon each day or until business is concluded. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Mayor and Council members will be Zooming in for the two half-day sessions. City Hall will be closed to the public, but citizens may watch the Retreat on the City of Reidsville's YouTube Channel or listen in via the  telephone numbers provided on the attached Meeting Notice. Please call 336-349-1030 if you have any questions about the Retreat prior to January 29th. The Retreat was recessed on the 30th to reconvene at 8 a.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2021 and will be livestreamed on the City of Reidsville's YouTube Channel.

The November 10, 2020 meeting of the Reidsville City Council will be held at 6 p.m. at Reidsville City Hall. Due to the continued rise of COVID-19 in Rockingham County, Mayor Donecker will be attending in person at City Hall, 230 W. Morehead Street, while other Council members will be attending via Zoom. The public is invited to attend the meeting, which will also be livestreamed on the City of Reidsville's YouTube Channel. (AMENDED AGENDAUPDATE: This meeting was recessed until 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2020. (See Notice) For this 5 p.m. recessed meeting only, the front door of City Hall closest to the Police Department will be open by 4:45 p.m. for those from the public who would like to attend and view the meeting attended primarily by Council via Zoom. The recessed meeting can also be viewed on the City of Reidsville's YouTube Channel.

(Agenda Packet) Due to the continued rise of COVID-19 in Rockingham County, Mayor Donecker will be attending in person at RCARE while other Council members will be attending via Zoom. The public is invited to attend the meeting, which will also be livestreamed on the City of Reidsville's YouTube Channel.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed. Members of the public can enter through the designated entrance of RCARE beginning at 5:30 p.m. the day of Council meeting. They will be allowed to watch the livestream in the dining area and enter the gymnasium for the meeting during the public comments portion of the meeting or any public hearings and or recognitions/presentations of which they are a part. While these efforts are being made to ensure people can have access to the meeting, residents are encouraged to stay home and watch the livestream if they have that capability.

The September 28, 2020 special meeting of the Reidsville City Council will be held in Council Chambers at Reidsville City Hall, 230 West Morehead Street. The public is invited to attend the special meeting, where the items are a second public hearing relative to the City's intention to apply for FY 2020 CDBG funding under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Grant and consideration of the City's Main Street Champion nomination. (See Special Meeting Notice.) The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. and the front door closest to the Police Department will open at 2:30 p.m. to allow in interested persons planning to attend the special meeting. Social distancing guidelines of people being no closer than six feet will be followed.
